An excellent company. First class products and delivery service. 5* SELLER.

Recieved a damaged cake board and food colouring. The food colouring was TWO and a Half YEARS out of date!!Used telephone contact... Poor quality couldn't hear the representative the call was pointless. I was directed to email. Recieved an automated template email. Poor customer service. Things go wrong but it is how it is resolved that matters.Would not use this company again or reccomend

I've ordered twice and have received my items on time. Great service would recommend.

Placed order CCC265419#2 on 16th March over 26 days ago and I am still having to chase the company with multiple emails just to receive my refund which they have still not given me. I will not be ordering from this company again as there customer service is very poor. I have placed multiple orders with this company and never again as I receive the same type of service where I will order stuff and then receive and email saying that they are out of stock on items I have purchased. There emails states to reply back with an alternative item for replacement which I have done yet they advised me they have already issued a refund (why have this statement on your email if you are going to not listen to response made by the customer and issue a refund anyway) very poor service. Please issue my refund straight away as it is coming up to 1 month which is not acceptable for you to take so long and issue a refund on something that you have advised you will be processing yet I have still not received refund. Your company sells great products but unfortunately due to the poor service have received on multiple occasions I will no longer be using you to place any more cake orders .

Please see the response from the Cake Craft Company. Note they have failed to address me correctly and again failed to acknowledge the basis of my complaint, i.e they knowingly sold out of date food items. These were not damaged, incorrect or faulty they were out of date! The email I received from Karla today merely repeated the same as their original correspondence, again failing to acknowledge their mistake, instead blaming me for not checking the use by date and now stating they have absolved themselves because I did not raise the issue with them immediately! I have received a partial refund, not the full amount, which says something. Advice, however, despite what you may see as them addressing the complaint on Trustpilot, is don’t trust them!

Would give this company 0 stars if I could. Have always had one issue or another since the very start of ordering with CCC, this is the last straw and will be moving to a more reliable company with better customer service. Not only did I have issues with the delivery (said it was delivered but did not receive anything that day, was sent back to where it was dispatched from, then back again to the delivery address and finally arrived), but found they had not sent all the items. Received no bases for the cake boxes, and a load of lids only. Have been in communication with the team since the 15th Feb where they quoted “I can assure you that we will dispatch the bases for you on a tracked 24 service”. It is now the 27th Feb, I have not been sent anything and have been given FALSE information. I have now been chasing this up every day and have been getting the same response every single time “let me check for an update with the team.. I have sent a message to the team” lies lies lies. Do not promise a customer you will send out their missing items the next day, when nearly 2 weeks later you are still ‘checking for an update’. This is not acceptable and should not be taking this long to simply send out a customers missing items and for the issue to be resolved. Will not be purchasing from Cake Craft Company ever again. Terrible customer service and do not recommend this company to anybody.

*update* They asked me if I would change/remove my review of they gave me a refund of the postage! Absolutely shocking customer service. Sunday I placed my order and paid for DPD next day delivery, so should have arrived on the Tuesday due to the weekend. My order wasn't given to DPD until 3 days after my order was placed which obviously would have arrived too late for what I needed. No apology from CCC instead they are putting all of the blame on to DPD (totally not their fault as other deliveries via DPD from other companies arrived when they should have, THE NEXT DAY). Now refusing to refund or reply to any messages (email, Facebook and via website) or answer the phone! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Accurate shipping, packaged nicely, everything as expected, lower prices would be nicer though! But lovely quality things

I have no problem at all with the company's product, a decoration for my soon to be baked Christmas cake, and I would have given them 5 stars but for the rip off postal charges being made for small, low value orders.My order, including the small delivery box, weighed 52 grams. The order came to £1.05 to which had to be added £2.99 for postage at the cheapest (i.e. the slowest) mode of delivery by second class Royal Mail. If you want anything faster you pay accordingly.£2.99 is more than enough for such a light weight item in a tiny box - but the company) who does not have High Street Retailing costs to meet) has the nerve to ask for more for a faster service. Fortunately, for me urgency was not an issue.Had, as most online retailers now do, dispatched the order in a timely manner (same day or next day) the need for inflated delivery charges could be avoided for many customers.
